Local operators
We live in this town, work in this town, and fix things in this town. No 1-800 number, no offshore tickets queue.
In-house service crew
Mowing, repairs, snow, pest control. One call covers it. We don't subcontract until we have to.
Fast on the phone
Most maintenance requests submitted before noon get same-day attention. Emergencies get a callback inside an hour.
Skip the Airbnb fee
Booking direct on our short-term properties means no Airbnb service charge — typically 14% of your trip. Same house, smaller bill.
What we do
Tenants get some of these included. Non-tenants — just call us. Either way, fill out a form and Calvin will reach out with a quote.
Maintenance & Repairs
Plumbing, electrical, appliances, doors that won't close, you name it. Photos help.
Lawn & Landscaping
Mowing, edging, hedge trimming, mulch, spring/fall cleanup. One-time or seasonal.
Snow & Seasonal
Driveway plowing, sidewalk shoveling, salt, the occasional roof clear. Per-storm or seasonal contract.
Pest Control
Ants, mice, wasps, bedbugs — we'll come look and treat without anything you don't want around your kids or pets.
Run by Kevin and Calvin (and a few good people)
River LLC is owned by Kevin Goff, who's been buying and fixing up properties around here for years. Calvin manages the properties day-to-day — applications, maintenance calls, the calendar, the mowing crew, the works.
If you reach out, one of them will get back to you. That's the whole staff list. We like it that way.
